The original high altitude Gigondas, this is made up of 75% Grenache, 21% Syrah, 4% Mourvèdre from 55 year old vines. The nose shows a mix of blue and black fruits with pepper, gravelly minerality, and a mix of savory herbs and black flowers. The palate is moderate in weight with sweet fruits balanced by sage, spice, gravelly minerality and the lightest hit of oak.

Aromas of black fruits, pink and white peppers; flavors of blackberries and blue plums. Unctuous texture with silky tannins.
