Midgard Meadows is a family-run sheep farm, as well as a weaving studio and blacksmith shop. Misty began weaving in 2017 with wool from her Icelandic sheep, and has steadily expanded her weaving craft over time. We think of these towels as an everyday reminder to live slowly, practice good stewardship of the land, and preserve traditional handcraft in Maine.
These hand towels are hand-woven on Misty's loom from 60% cotton and 40% linen. Towels are machine washable, very thick, and extremely absorbent. Beautifully detailed patterns are striking but not overwhelming. Perfect as dish towels, hand towels, or accent towels in your kitchen or bathroom.
Towels are roughly 17"x27.5". Machine wash warm or cold (not hot), low heat dry, and avoid fabric softener.
