Robert Mitchell has been a photographer and resident of Maine for over 40 years, now residing right here in Southport. Through his long term affiliations with local newspapers, Connections Publishing, started by his wife in 1980, and his own books, Mitchell's work is well known throughout the area, attracting a local audience who looks forward to his yearly calendar releases and new notecards. Since working in Midcoast Maine, his works have captured moments of beauty in the landscapes of Southport and Boothbay Harbor. Wedding photography is also something that Mitchell has loved for years, both here in Maine and around the country.
